Just try it once.
If they can't do well in tests: Remove that bias.
Struggling to wake up in the morning: Remove that too.
Staying up late playing games: Also remove that.
Grades not improving: Remove that as well.
To truly connect with your child's heart, it's necessary to remove biases.
Can't do well in tests: Maybe they have other interests? Could there be something bothering them?.
Struggling to wake up: Could be orthostatic intolerance or a circadian rhythm disorder.
Staying up late playing games: Perhaps this child doesn't know the real joys of life.
Grades not improving: Might be suffering from exam-related depression.
From around the age of 12, when their ego starts to emerge, children begin to keep many secrets from their parents.
The image you have of your child is just the surface.
